For online counselling sessions, I email a Teams link the night before as well as a reminder text on the day for WhatsApp video or telephone therapy sessions.
Online, telephone and in-person sessions in my private practice room last 50 mins and cost £70.00. Concessionary rates are sometimes available.
Face-to-face sessions Monday to Friday in the daytime or Wednesday evening in person at my private practice room in Shrewsbury.

My private practice room is at The Roy Fletcher Centre 12-17 Cross Hill, Shrewsbury SY1 1JE. Close to Telford, Bridgnorth, Wolverhampton and SW Wales. Close to the bus and train stations, or paid parking nearby. I also offer online therapy sessions across the UK and internationally.
Payment for sessions to be made via BACS bank transfer before your appointment.
Allow 24-hours for any cancellations otherwise, you are charged 50% of the total fee.
